Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all products and services offered by Optin Biz Inc., doing business as Optimum DMA (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), on the website https://optimumdma.com (“Site”).

By purchasing services from us, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.


1. No Refunds on Services

All fees paid for services provided by Optin Biz Inc., DBA Optimum DMA are non-refundable once payment is made.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Website design and development

  • SEO services

  • Content marketing and copywriting

  • Branding services

  • Maintenance and support plans

  • Consultation fees or retainer charges

Because our work begins immediately upon confirmation of service and payment, we do not offer refunds for any reason once a project has commenced.


2. Deposits & Payments

2.1 Deposits

All project deposits are non-refundable.
This includes initial payments required to secure a project start date.

2.2 Milestone & Final Payments

Milestone payments and final payments are also non-refundable, regardless of the project’s outcome, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.


3. What If You Change Your Mind?

We understand that plans evolve, but choosing to discontinue a project does not entitle the Client to a refund.
If you decide to stop work before a project is complete:

  • All work completed up to the point of cancellation remains the property of Optin Biz Inc., DBA Optimum DMA, until final payment is made.

  • Any hours worked, drafts created, or services rendered up to that point are not refundable.


4. Revisions & Scope Changes

Revisions and changes within the agreed project scope are included as outlined in your proposal or Statement of Work (“SOW”).
Requests that fall outside of the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
These additional charges are also non-refundable.


5. Refund Exceptions (Rare, But Defined)

While refunds are generally not offered, under very rare and extraordinary circumstances, the Company may consider partial credit or alternative compensation. This is at our sole discretion, requires clear evidence of an error on our part, and must be agreed to in writing by both parties.

Examples might include:

  • clear failure to deliver the core scope outlined in a signed contract

  • documented errors that directly result from our oversight

A refund is not guaranteed under any scenario.


6. Digital Products (If Applicable)

If we ever offer digital products (templates, e-books, downloadable resources), separate refund terms may apply for those products. Those terms will be stated at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all digital products are non-refundable.


7. How to Request a Review or Credit
